About CRMology

CRMology was created by Susan Thayer to help educate overworked admins so they can get more out of their Salesforce.com instance.

Susan has been doing all things CRM since the dawn of the millenium. Today, she is a Salesforce MVP and a Certified Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud Consultant and loves helping Salesforce admins around the country launch and evolve their Salesforce.com solution. As a consultant, she has been called in far too many times to rescue companies struggling with Salesforce. Her goal is for CRMology to keep Salesforce Admins informed on tips and tricks for using Salesforce.

Besides this blog, she is very active in the Salesforce Success Community and ranks consistently in the top 25. She also leads the Nebraska Salesforce User Group, so if you’re ever in the hood stop by and join an upcoming meeting.
